Discretion & data
Discretion is not a feature. It is the service.

Families of means are used to being marketed to. We built the opposite. This is our standing promise on how we treat you, and how we treat what you tell us.
You can measure your entire US estate-tax exposure on this site without giving us your name, your email, or anything at all. We only ever hear from you if you decide to reach out. That is the whole idea.
We do not chase.
There are no cold calls here, no drip campaigns you did not ask for, and no pressure. If you ask us for an introduction, that request is the only reason we will contact you, and we will do it on your terms and in your language. If you never ask, you will never hear from us. Discretion begins with leaving people alone until they want to talk.
You see the number before you tell us anything.
The exposure estimator runs on your own device and asks for no email to show your result. The figures you enter stay in your browser. We receive them only if you choose to request the written report, and even then they are used for one thing: to prepare your report and, if you asked, to have someone follow up. Nothing is stored unless you ask us to send it.
We ask for very little.
A first name, a way to reach you, and your country of tax residence are enough for us to be useful. We do not need your account numbers, your statements, or your documents to have the first conversation. When the plan reaches the point where details matter, we will ask for them deliberately, and we will arrange a secure way to share them, never a casual email.
Your information stays with the people on your plan.
What you tell us stays with the small team working on your matter. Only with your go-ahead, and only the specific professionals your plan actually needs, do we bring in an attorney, an accountant, a trustee, or a carrier, and each of them sees only what is relevant to their part. Your information is never sold, never rented, and never handed to advertisers. Ever.
Confidential by default.
We treat family and financial matters as private by default, not on request. Access inside our team is limited to the people working with you. Where a matter calls for a formal confidentiality agreement before we go further, we are glad to sign one. Discretion is not a favor we grant selectively; it is the standard for everyone we serve.
In your language, with the same care.
You can do all of this in English or Spanish, with real translation rather than a machine’s, and the same discretion applies in both. The language you choose changes nothing about how carefully we handle what you share.
You stay in control.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, at any time. If you ever opted in to occasional notes, one message turns them off for good. You are never locked in, and asking costs you nothing.
The formal detail
This page is our promise in plain words. The precise legal terms of how we handle your information are set out in our Privacy notice, and how we are licensed and paid is set out in our Disclosures. If anything here and there ever seems to differ, ask us, and we will make it clear.
When you are ready, and not before.
There is no obligation and no follow-up unless you ask for one. When it suits you, in English or Spanish, we will be here.
